Jambo, jina langu ni Anne Fuell!

I am an Account Director on the Ford account at Ogilvy & Mather.

There are countless reasons why I have wanted to get involved in Ogilvy’s community project in Uganda. First and foremost by helping a community in an impoverished country blighted by illiteracy – by building a much needed school. Secondary education is an essential part of helping not just the kids, but their entire families transcend the poverty they find themselves in. This is something that we take for granted in the UK – myself included.

I’m also excited to be part of a Ugandan community for the week, to begin to understand the cultural differences between UK and Ugandan life, and learn what drives the community life and spirit there. Finally, I am looking forward to making new friendships, in Uganda and amongst the Many Ogilvy Hands team
